Please join us for our pre-holiday meeting on Tuesday December 9th from 7:30-8:30pm. The meeting will be held at 32 Candler S.E (between St. Patrick and Hosea Williams).
We will be sharing news about recent activity and discussing ways to protect yourself and property during the holidays.

We made some good progress on the entrance at Memorial and Venice today. If anyone is interested in lending a hand next Saturday please join us around 1pm. We could probably use a chainsaw/handsaw to take down some limbs and some bags for leaves/trash.
Update: it sounds like the county might take care of some if not all of this work. so if anyone still would like to help we can still pick up the trash but let’s hold off on anything major.

Update: it looks like the County Commissioner’s office will be sending someone from the police department!

It is that time again. We are getting close to making our watch official so we need your support and involvement. Please put our next meeting on your calendar. We will be meeting at 1520 Harvest Lane at 6:30pm until around 8pm on Friday October 3rd. Internet access will be provided so you can sign up for the website on the spot.

Our dear friend Lee has been studying archery seriously for years—she is good enough to try out for the London 2012 Olympics!! All that she is missing is the right Olympic-quality equipment to allow her to compete. As a working single mom of a wonderful middle schooler, the funds for a new bow are a little out of reach. Some of her friends are helping to host a fundraiser—A Party with a Point—to make her dreams a reality!
The party is from 7:00 PM to 11:55 PM on Saturday, September 13th …

We are switching things up a bit this time around and will be having our next meeting on a Sunday. Hopefully this will allow more folks to participate and should be a great way to get ready for the week ahead. The meeting will be held on September 7th at 3pm @ 2540 East Tupelo Street. Please bring a chair and your favorite beverage to relax.
