I got a call this afternoon with a caller ID of Code Red.  I looked it up and this is a legitimate emergency notification service.  In this instance I was able to call back and have the original message played back.  The message was from Dekalb County about FEMA.

I just wanted to pass this along as apparently it is legitimate and may be a means by which the county notifies residents about missing persons and other county-related issues.
